Golf betting tips for The Sentry
 (in more detail):
Colin Morikawa:
Reasons to believe – Colin Morikawa:

“He had a bit of a slow start last season, but he really picked up steam towards the end. He managed to grab 5 top 25 finishes in a row, including an impressive top 10, top 5, and even a victory at the ZOZO Championship! His track record here is very impressive – in the past 4 years, his worst finish was T7th, and he even came in second place here just last year.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Max Homa:
  • To win outright (2 points win @ 12/1 with William Hill).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): T5 – T13 – T7 – 1 – T13.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): DNP – T25 – DNP – T15 – T3.

Reasons to believe – Max Homa:

“Max, a player who ended last season on a high note by winning the Nedback in November. He was one of the few USA players who left the Ryder Cup with his head held high. In addition, he achieved a commendable T3 position here last year, so he definitely knows how to navigate this course. And here’s a little tip: there’s a good chance he’ll break his major curse this year!” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Ludvig Aberg:
  • To win outright (2 points win @ 12/1 with William Hill).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): T10 – T2 – T13 – 4 – T6.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): 1st start in this event.

Reasons to believe – Ludvig Aberg:

“I can’t believe how incredible this guy is! He has completely amazed the entire golfing world. He was outstanding at the Ryder Cup, triumphed on the DP Tour, and then went on to win the PGA Tour, all within just a few months of becoming a pro. There is absolutely no doubt that he deserved a spot on the list this week.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Patrick Cantlay:
  • To win outright (2 points win @ 14/1 with William Hill).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): MC – T33 – 2 – T15 – T6.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): DNP – 4 – T13 – 4 – T6.

Reasons to believe – Patrick Cantlay:

“It looks like Cantlay didn’t have the best year without any major victories, but in his most recent four events, he had a solid performance with a tie for 15th, a tie for 6th, and a 2nd place finish. However, he’s been taking a break since the Ryder Cup, so he’s well-rested and ready. It’s worth noting that he has performed exceptionally well on this course in the past, with two 4th place finishes and a 6th place finish in the last four years. So, things are looking promising for him!” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Big Dal’s, big price outsider
– Eric Cole
:
  • Each-way (1 point e/w @ 55/1 with William Hill – 6 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): 4 – T35 – T3 – T2 – T3.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): 1st start in this event.

Reasons to believe – Eric Cole:

“Eric Cole had an incredible season, and it’s a shame that Aberg’s performance overshadowed his potential as Rookie of the Year. Eric’s form at the end of last year was absolutely outstanding, with an impressive record of four top 5 finishes in his last five starts. Based on his remarkable recent form alone, Eric definitely deserves to be considered for the shortlist this week, even if it is his first start in this tournament.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.
