Q: What should I do if I can’t find my golf club listed when creating a new event in the ParUp Golf app?

A: In the unlikely event that your specific course is missing for any reason, please email us at info@parup.golf clearly stating the name and location of the golf course and ideally include an image displaying the correct scorecard. We’ll then aim to get that updated in the app for you ASAP. 

Q: Does the live scoring feature within the ParUp Golf app only cater for UK & Ireland golf courses?  

A: The ParUp Golf app currently includes data for all 18 hole golf courses in the UK and Ireland. Please note that this will be expanding imminently, with the next product release including course data for all remaining countries in Europe. In the meantime, if there is a specific country or course that you would like to see added, then please email us at info@parup.golf with further details. 

Q: What scoring formats does the ParUp Golf app currently cater for as part of the live scoring feature? 

A: The ParUp Golf app currently has the ability to schedule group events with live scoring for either individual stableford or individual strokeplay. These are the two most popular scoring formats in golf, so we are confident that this will be sufficient for the initial launch period and other popular formats will be added in future product releases. In the meantime, if there are any specific formats you’d like to see added, then please email us at info@parup.golf with your request. 

Q: What should I do if the data for my golf club (e.g. the par or stroke index of an individual hole) in the ParUp Golf app doesn’t look correct? 

A: Please email us at info@parup.golf clearly stating the name and location of the golf course and ideally include an image displaying the correct scorecard. We’ll then aim to get that updated in the app for you ASAP.

Q: Is the ParUp Golf app available to users in all countries around the world?

A: Initially, for the launch of ParUp Golf, the app is only available to download to those users within the UK and Ireland. Similar to the above point regarding the course data by country, this will be changing imminently with further product releases as we look to scale into other new countries. If you reside in a country outside of the UK and Ireland and are keen to use the app, please email us at info@parup.golf.

Q: How can I become a ParUp Golf brand ambassador? 

A: We are continually on the look out for new ParUp Golf regional brand ambassadors. If you would like to set-up and run a new public group in your region, then please email us at info@parup.golf and we can schedule a call to discuss the options and benefits. 

Q: Are ParUp Golf open to working with other brands in terms of potential commercial partnerships and collaborations? 

A: We are always open to discussing new opportunities regarding potential partnerships and collaborations. It’s important that any brands we work with, share a closely aligned vision and purpose. Q: Are ParUp Golf interested in hearing from users in terms of feedback and/or potential new ideas for the future? 

A: Absolutely. We want this product to be the best it possibly can and be tailored to the needs of the user, so the more user feedback, the better. Please email us at info@parup.golf with any feedback or ideas for future product development. 

Q: What should I do if I want to delete my ParUp Golf account or want to delete a group that I have created?

A: All user accounts can be deleted upon request. Please email us at info@parup.golf clearly stating your user details and we’ll pick this up with you directly in order to action the request.
