Golf betting tips for The RBC Heritage
 (in more detail):
Shane Lowry:
  • Each-way (1.5 points e/w @ 28/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): T5 – 67 – T35 – T31 – T16.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): DNP – T3 – MC – T9 – T3.

Reasons to believe – Shane Lowry:

“A bit of gut feeling this week with Lowry. Played well at the Masters last week and his record here is great, with x3 top 10 finishes in the last 5 years. Stats-wise for this season don’t look overly encouraging, but sometimes you have to go with your gut and this week I feel like it’s Lowry’s time to shine.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Patrick Cantlay:
  • To win outright (2 points win @ 11/1 with William Hill).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): 3 – T4 – T19 – T9 – T14.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): T7 – T3 – DNP – MC – 2.

Reasons to believe – Patrick Cantlay:

“Cantlay has taken a lot of stick since the Masters for his slow play, so I expect him to be fired up and to continue his fine recent form, especially given his excellent record on this course. I expect him to be in the mix again this year.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Matt Kuchar:
  • Each-way (1.5 points e/w @ 40/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): 8 – MC – MC – T9 – T3.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): T23 – 2 – T41 – T18 – T3.

Reasons to believe – Matt Kuchar:

“The old timer is playing well at the moment, with x3 top 10s in his last 5 starts. He also has good form around here, so can’t be discounted. He finished T3 here last year and I expect his good form to continue and for him to be in the mix again come Sunday evening.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Max Homa:
  • Each-way (1 point e/w @ 28/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): 2 – T14 – T6 – T9 – T43.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): DNP – DNP – T41 – T25 – MC.

Reasons to believe – Max Homa:

“Homa has been in great form with x4 top 20 finishes in his last 5 events. He is getting a bit of a reputation for not showing up and playing well at the majors though and that was the same again last week at Augusta for the Masters, with a T43 finish. Back to the PGA Tour this week and hopefully back to his best form.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Big Dal’s, big price outsider
– Tom Hoge
:
  • Each-way (1 point e/w @ 80/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): T14 – MC – T3 – T59 – MC.

  • Tournament form (last 5 starts): T55 – MC – MC – T25 – MC.

Reasons to believe – Tom Hoge:

“Back to my old favourite and my continued loyalty for Tom Hoge. Based on his game this season, it definitely suits this course, although his record here is not great. Hopefully he can put it all together this week and get into contention. He’ll need to show his A game though as it’s a strong field.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.
