Golf betting tips for The Byron Nelson
 (in more detail):
Tom Kim:
Reasons to believe – Tom Kim:

“Kim burst onto the scene with a string of top 10 finishes last year but has not had a top 15 finish since January. Things have been improving lately though. He is hitting the ball further now and he registered a T17 here last year, in his only previous start at this event. I am hoping it all comes together this week and he is in the hunt come Sunday afternoon.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Tyrrell Hatton:
Reasons to believe – Tyrrell Hatton:

“I don’t really like picking players who don’t have course form, but in the case of Tyrrell Hatton I am willing to make an exception. On paper, his game should be well-suited to the course. His current form has been improving week on week, with a T3 finish last week, so I believe he will be in the mix again this week.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Kyoung-Hoon Lee:
  • Each-way (1.5 points e/w @ 22/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): T19 – T59 – T23 – T41 – T8.

  • Tournament form (last 4 starts): DNP – WD – 1 – 1.

Reasons to believe – Kyoung-Hoon Lee:

“I will keep it simple with this one, Lee has won this event for the last 2 years and having found some form last week with a T8 finish, he simply has to be on the shortlist this week.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Tom Hoge:
  • Each-way (1 point e/w @ 45/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): MC – T3 – T59 – MC – MC.

  • Tournament form (last 4 starts): DNP – T67 – MC – T17.

Reasons to believe – Tom Hoge:

“A player who should suit the course set-up here. His current form is a bit up and down. He finished T3 a few weeks ago, but has then missed two consecutive cuts since. He did however finish T17 here last year and can be a scoring machine on his day, so fingers crossed the last couple of weeks were just a minor blip. It’s certainly a more speculative selection, but I am confident he will find form this week.” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

Big Dal’s, big price outsider
– Christiaan Bezuidenhout
:
  • Each-way (1 point e/w @ 60/1 with William Hill – 8 places, 1/5 odds).

  • Current form (last 5 starts): T13 – T59 – T28 – T19 – MC.

  • Tournament form (last 4 starts): DNP – DNP – DNP – T12.

Reasons to believe – Christiaan Bezuidenhout:

“This is a player I have been keeping an eye on for a while now. He has had a great career to date on the DP World Tour and has been steady so far since making the switch to the PGA Tour. Recent form has been pretty consistent, with 2 x top 20 finishes. He did miss the cut last week on the Asian Tour, but I am willing to look past that. He finished T12 here last year in his only previous start, which is another encouraging sign. I am hoping this is the week he makes a name for himself on the PGA Tour. ” – ParUp Golf’s resident tipster ‘Big Dal’ on why he can win.

All odds quoted were correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change. Player current form and tournament form reads left to right (e.g. most recent start displayed to far right).
