Brickendon Grange Golf Club – Our verdict
    • “We were more than pleasantly surprised when playing Brickendon Grange. It is a good course, with an interesting layout and good quality greens (despite the recent rain). It generally just ticks a lot of boxes, with a modern clubhouse, a well-stocked halfway hut and a full range of practice facilities on-site too. We found out on the day that it is home to the twice voted ‘best amateur golf hole in the UK’, which was nice little novelty factor. We were unfortunate that when we played, it was very busy and given you can’t book a specific tee time, it resulted in quite a bit of waiting around on the first tee and subsequently, quite a slow round.”
